Integrated Circuits and Systems
Current research activities include analog/digital integrated circuits, biomedical circuits and systems, energy harvesting circuits, power-aware and reliable systems, embedded vision systems, nanoscale devices and interactions with system architectures, hardware security, machine learning circuits and systems, intelligent memories, autonomous systems, and non-Boolean computing schemes including neuromorphic, quantum, and stochastic computing.
