Cyber Security
Researchers in Cyber Security in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science consider security problems at all levels of systems design, from theoretical cryptography to physical hardware. Our research has been published in top academic venues in security, networking, operating systems, software engineering, and cryptography, as well as featured in many outlets in popular press. The SIIS Laboratory, a part of the Institute for Networking Security and Research, broadly studies topics in theoretical and applied security. This includes security at all levels of systems design, from theoretical cryptography to physical hardware.
